At SolisCloud, some plants with EPM (regardless of whether Zero Export is enabled) were switched to the general view when a new plant is created. The following steps describe how to resolve this. This is done from within the SolisCloud plant:
- Plant overview, go to "Modify Information"
- From "Modify Information" menu, go to "More information" on the right button.
- Select from the list "Grid Interaction Type", change it from "Maximum Export" to "Surplus Export".
- Save changes.
- Go back to Overview screen. The overview will change and the animation flow will be displayed. This can take about 5 minutes to refresh.
This information can be modified from your installer account at plants that have this change, using the step-by-step procedure described.
